The Draconian Realm is a very unique one, and with that comes a whole slew of different events for our players to enjoy. Power Events are events that last an entire day, occur at random times in the month, and affect only certain people on the server. Power Events are completely optional, and do not take away from the core factions experience. After you have entered a Power Event, you will be reminded of the rules and will have one chance to conquer the event. Failure to do so will return you to the core Factions experience, and should you succeed, a legendary prize will await you. Our Power Event lineup at launch will be significant, and will continue expanding as time goes on. Take note that only the first person to conquer each event will be rewarded.
The Tower of Babel will be one of our first two Power Events at launch. Once lead by Divinator Babel in the Dark Ages, Babel's empire took over the Draconian Realm from the hands of the Wizard Dynasty. Babel was killed in the Classic War many years ago, with this Tower acting as a burial site. Only the first and fiercest Wizard or Alchemist to conquer the 10 levels of the Tower of Babel will recieve a prize so legendary, even Babel himself would be honored to be suited with it. Both Wizards and Alchemists will be tasked with taking on the intense waves of monsters and bosses who fight in the name of Babel himself, and will require an extended sense of strength and determination.
Hyperion's Castle will be the second Power Event availbale at launch. Hyperion was a fierce ruler who fought in the name of the Wizards and took down Babel and his empire during the Classic War. Hyperion continued to rule the land until the arrival of The Cavalry, who brutally murdered him and marked the beginning of a medieval age. Modern day inhabitants of the Draconian Realm have built this Castle in his honor. Wizards and Alchemists both will be tasked with taking on this Castle's challenges, which, unlike the Tower of Babel, will require skill as opposed to power.
These Power Events are different from Global Events because Power Events come with the intent of rewarding only the most powerful. This means that in order to recieve any sort of reward, you must be the first to conquer the Power Event.
