- Additional Staff Rules:
- Staff members on the server must follow all Terms and Conditions and are subject to the same disciplinary actions as players and subject to removal of rank and staff status.
- Staff is expected to treat every player and fellow staff member on the server and website with kindness and respect regardless of their rank and personal feelings toward the player.
- When a staff member is free, they are expected, but not required to help out another staff member who is busy or in need of help.
- If there is an issue on the server amongst players or issues on the server’s technical side, staff members are expected to try to help solve the issue in the most logical way possible.
- All staff members are expected to use common sense at all times and use their best judgment when dealing with things on the server.
- When a staff member breaks one of the Terms and Conditions, or is not living up to the expectations placed on them, then they are subject to a consequence dependent upon the extent of the incident.
- If a player makes a valid complaint against a staff member, the staff member’s rank and server abilities are suspended until they can be contacted by the Owner of the server to be subject to questioning. After these issue(s) have been resolved, the staff member will have all restrictions lifted from their account and will receive a ‘strike’ on their account.
- Upon receiving three strikes, the staff member will be asked to resign and remain on the server as a regular player. Upon receiving five strikes, the staff member will be permanently banned from the server and will not be eligible for further access to the Draconic Network.
- The decisions and changes to the Draconic Network must be approved before they are gone through with. This means that as a Helper, Builder, Moderator, Developer, Administrator, and Head Administrator, the Owners need to be alerted in Skype Group Chat when a change to any part of the Draconic Network is being made. If the change is not approved and it is present on the server, you may be subject to disciplinary action.
